Rules
- Children must be supervised at all times! DO NOT leave children unattended.
- Ensure that all children using the bounce house understand and follow these rules,
- Compatible age groups must play on the unit at the same time. Age groups must NOT be mixed.
- Compatible sized children MUST play on the unit at the same time. Different sized children must not be mixed.
- The recommended number of children allowed in the standard 13 X 13 bounce house is
- Ages 2 to 8 (8-10 children)
- Ages 9 to 12 (6 children)
- Ages l3 to l6 ( 4 to 5 children)
- Bounce houses are designed for children, not adults, No adults “playing” in the bounce please!
- The following items are not allowed in the bounce house, and must be removed:
- Shoes or footwear
- Sharp objects
- Glasses
- Jewelry and watches
- Hats
- Chewing gum
- Food and drink
- Party favors
- NO silly string in, around, or near the bounce house (silly string has a chemical in it that will eat through the vinyl)!
- No sitting or lying inside the bounce house.
- No flips or somersaults.
- Do not bounce or play near the opening of the bounce house.
- No food or drink is permitted inside or near the bounce house.
- No running within 10 feet of the bounce house.
- Keep all pets away from the bounce house.
- Keep all children away from the blower and power cords.
- Do not unplug the bounce house while occupants/ridem are inside.
- Do not attempt to move or un-stake the bounce house.
- Do not used the bounce house under the following conditions, or if they develop:
- High winds (exceeding 15MPH) rain or thunder storms
- Power outage
- If bounce house becomes wet for whatever reason.
- Bounce house is punctured.
- In the event of foul weather, make sure all children exit the bounce house safely, and then deflate the bounce house by
unplugging. Cover the blower to protect it from rain. Turn off all sprinklers!
- If the bounce house starts to deflate:
- Make sure all children exit the bounce house quickly and safely
- Check all power connections to make sure nothing has unplugged.
- Check circuit breakers and fuses in house.
- Check blower to make sure it’s not wet.
- Make sure the airtube on the balloon is tied securely to the blower.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
ABC JUMPERS reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment.
CANCELLATION/WEATHER POLICY
Bad Weather ABC JUMPERS will not setup equipment in rain, snow, high wind, or muddy conditions. In
the event of the possibility of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event and receive
a refund of your deposit. If you choose to have us come out and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (wind, rain,
snow, mud) you will forfeit your deposit. Once setup, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable, even if the event is
cut short due to bad weather.
Cold Weather At temperatures below 40 degrees, the inflatable units can not be set up. If you book
an event when there is the possibility of cold weather and you do not have an indoor location, be aware that upon arrival
we may not be able to set up the equipment if the air is below 40 degrees. In the event of the possibility of cold weather,
you will be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event.
SAFETY POLICY Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, ABC JUMPERS reserves the right to
cancel any reservation that in the opinion of ABC JUMPERS, it deems a danger or jeopardizes safety in any way. Upon delivery,
we will walk you through safety rules prior to and after set up of the bounce house. The event location must be flat and free
of rocks, twigs, sprinkler heads, animal droppings and debris to ensure safety of the jumper and its riders, A 20 foot overhead
clearance is needed and a 3-5 foot perimeter around the jumper is also needed. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are
fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.
DEPOSIT POLICY None required.
EQUIPMENT GUIDELINES & USE POLICY
- Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss to equipment.
- Customer is responsible for providing power to operate the blower.
- A grounded three-prong plug outlet must be used no farther than 100 ft. away.
- If a generator is the power source, a minimum of 3500-WATT generator (providing 11.6 amps) must be used.
- In case of power failure due to customer negligence ABC JUMPERS will not make any refunds.
- A responsible adult must be in constant attendance and supervise the proper use of the unit at all times.
- The unit must be fully and securely anchored using all the anchoring points.
- The inflation machinery should be located where it is either not accessible to children or under the direct supervision
of a responsible adult.
- All electrical connections should be located in a dry and secure position.
- Fully inflate the unit prior to use. Do not use the unit partially inflated.
- Do not use the unit in rainy conditions or if the wind speed exceeds 20 mph.
- Do not use the unit when it is wet.
- Before entering the unit, all riders should be told that flips, rough housing and climbing the net walls are not permitted,
no climbing up slides and sliders must be sitting in a forward facing position, the adult supervisor must strictly enforce
these rules.
- If the unit loses power during operation or if there is any other reason to stop the use, the adult supervisor should
hold the door open and ask the riders to calmly exit.
- Shoes, jewelry, watches, all pocket contents, glasses, and any other hard or sharp objects should be removed before entering
the unit.
- No silly string is permitted to come in contact with the inside or outside of the bouncer, this causes irreparable damage
to the bouncer, the customer acknowledges that if the bouncer is damaged by silly string then a $1000.00 fee will automatically
be imposed and be due and payable by the customer.
- No pets are allowed in or on the units.
- Do not permit food, gum, drinks or other such substances in or around the unit. A $40.00 cleaning fee will be charged
on all units found with food, gum, drinks or other such substances found on them.
- All riders should be in the same group (i.e.: the same related size).
- Use common sense in supervising use of the unit. If something does not look right you should stop immediately.
DELIVERY POLICY Free delivery, set up, and take down within 20 miles of our location. Otherwise the
following delivery fee shall be imposed: 21 - 40 miles - $50 41 - 60 miles - $75 61 or more - To be determined at
time of contract
RENTAL DURATION POLICY Approximately 8 hours or less will be allocated for your rental period. Rentals
will be picked up before 9 pm in order to ready them for the next day. If your event requires other arrangements such as overnight
rentals please call so we can accommodate your request.
INSURANCE POLICY Our goals of providing entertainment and a first class rental experience are followed
by our commitment to your SAFETY. ABC JUMPERS has made a commitment to safe operation by fully insuring all of our inflatable
bouncers in accordance with the State of New Mexico requirements. In New Mexico, insurance is required on all amusement
rides, and inflatable bounce houses are considered an amusement ride. An inflatable rental company operating without insurance
is operating illegally in New Mexico – rent at your own risk.
